Authoritarian approach as decisions are made with little employee input, and leadership assuming they know what staff wants or needs. Inflexible, old school policies from dress code to open office work spaces requiring employees to practically sit on top of each other with zero privacy or sound control. Ridiculous sick and holiday policies requiring days to be taken from PTO banks for both. Benefits worsening every year.
