If they do not care about their physicians they definitely do not care about the lowest man on the totem pole. They tell you want you are going to do even though you will never accomplish what they are asking. They set you up for failure and when you say something to the management you are told to either do it or find another job. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER and they DO NOT care about you. They work you to death and they don't want to compensate you.
