Pros
Good compensation and benefits (CME, tuition assistance, 401K match, hourly pay allowing for OT if applicable), HR taking any concerns about hostility or safety seriously, letting employees voice opinions, accessibility of clinical educators and leads, pay for drive time if sent away from home clinic
Cons
Middle management turnover, upper management lack of concern with fairness (including changing scheduling rules; not keeping their end of agreements made in regards to training/scheduling/travel but expectations remaining the same for employee), giving time for employees to voice feelings but not actually taking feedback into consideration in decision-making, negative subtle consequences for giving feedback, Catholic beliefs affecting insurance coverage for many healthcare services available to their employees in any location due to cost (due to insurance not covering yet unable to claim self as "uninsured" or low income) as well as services that can be provided to clients within the organization (which seems more reasonable).
