Pros
The pay and hours are good.
Cons
Management disregards certain employees who are lazy, hide and are rude to other employees, despite multiple complaints. They allow employees to be on their phones instead of watching their worklist and allow them to kick their feet up and let other hardworking employees do the brunt of the work. They would sooner lose a great employee than fire one who treats others poorly.
