Communication Clicks between different MOA No Team Efforts Belittle your efforts Not flexible and not understanding Short staff Horrible at communication and following up Not enough time to room patient No one helps you when you try to ask Nurses like to discuss patients and don’t like to support or help when busy. Physicians belittle your efforts and knowing. Very bad attitudes in prompt care no team effort and the cleanliness is horrible. Always on the phone or talking to others. Always complaining about patients no compassion. Always talking down low on other workers and there work ethics. Very poor team environment. I will say learning and growing was amazing but training was horrible and no one there to be team and horrible on compassion communication and very down grading to work with other co workers that like to talk low on other coworkers and definitely favoritism. I would recommend going to work but if you like drama and very unpleasant experience with physicians and co workers and no team work I would advise.
