      Pros

      Working at OSF is great. All of the members in our community have the same goal and that is to serve with the greatest care and love. Communication is great throughout the organization.

      Cons

      I really could not find many cons about OSF. I think the only one I could come up with is that I have heard it is hard to move up in the company.

      Pros

      Strict ratios for nurses at this hospital. Med-surg never above 5 patients on day shift. Good 401k matching, good pto.

      Cons

      same issues as most hospital nursing environments. Being over-worked with very sick patients, feelings stretched too thin with less resources each year. that being said, this was a better environment than most hospitals.
