      The benefits are decent. They offer 401k.

      Cons

      Not enough doctors to keep up with patient demand. Nurses are overworked. You have to use PTO time for Holidays. No overtime available. Annual raise is not enough to keep up with the cost of living.

      Pros

      Strict ratios for nurses at this hospital. Med-surg never above 5 patients on day shift. Good 401k matching, good pto.

      Cons

      same issues as most hospital nursing environments. Being over-worked with very sick patients, feelings stretched too thin with less resources each year. that being said, this was a better environment than most hospitals.
