      Good company to work for, don't have to worry about lay off, unlike another employer in Central Illinois, benefits your good, also provide tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Being on call is probably the worst thing that comes to mind, would like to be paid better also

      Pros

      Strict ratios for nurses at this hospital. Med-surg never above 5 patients on day shift. Good 401k matching, good pto.

      Cons

      same issues as most hospital nursing environments. Being over-worked with very sick patients, feelings stretched too thin with less resources each year. that being said, this was a better environment than most hospitals.
