Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

There are no paid holidays. For example, you either have to work on Christmas, which is ironic for a Catholic health system, or use a PTO day (and their PTO accruals are below average on top of it). Management gets defensive when questioned. Management will ignore advice that their actions are not legally sound. Expense reimbursement policies are cheap (will only reimburse 150 miles each day of business travel even if you drive more on company business, which leads to the non-sensical practice that costs them more of employees renting cars for business trips as that is reimbursed and also expensing the gas, which costs them more than if they would just fully reimburse mileage) Layoffs - the organization is not making money, and they are now laying off lots of people in Urbana/Danville.
