Staff truly cares about patients Despite horrific management and policies, staff is incredibly resilient

-Micromanaging is abundant (you will get “occurrences” for clocking in/out 1 minute early/late. -OSF got sued for not letting nurses take lunches so management forces all employees to take their 30 minute unpaid lunch within the first 4 1/2 hours into a shift, it must be 30 minutes (not 29/31), you will get written up -managers don’t take feedback well and do not care about employees -management does not report concerns up the chain -this company is extremely greedy
