Pros
Salary is good. Benefits are excellent. Continuing education is stellar in the last couple of years with addition of Guild and other free or reimbursed education. Clinicians are top-notch.
Cons
Too many meetings without much action. Restructured and lost job without warning of leadership changes coming. Very toxic in some departments, lovely in others. A little too much religious overtone for my taste.
