      Good for a first time job and get some experience.

      Cons

      Bad benefits. (Vacation and Sick days.) Too much work. Old computer Hostile place to work Cheap materials and equipment Supervisor Lack of Communication Nobody care about the company

      Pros

      Fun co-workers, nice break room.

      Cons

      Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!
