      No pros or benefits. Be ready to lick boots if you want to grow or sustain

      Cons

      No Increments, No revisions for loyal employees . Senior management full of politics and nepotism at it's peak in the company . If you are related to any official it is very easy for you to get a job here .

      Pros

      Fun co-workers, nice break room.

      Cons

      Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!
