      -Good work/life balance. -Friendly managers and c-workers. -Timely Salary. -Freedom

      Cons

      -Need to maintain 9 hours. -Hikes are late.They do give arrears though. -Sometimes pressure will be more, and we are expected to slog long hours and weekend too.

      Fun co-workers, nice break room.

      Cons

      Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!
