      Pros

      Since it is a product based company work timings are good here. Legacy products and because of R&D unit, new product design delivery chances are there.

      Cons

      Here managers are the bosses. They feel like they are gods. No established process of SDLC. No innovation. No vision of product line. Simply they start working on new product without a plan.

      Pros

      Fun co-workers, nice break room.

      Cons

      Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!
