      I have nothing good to say about this company, I was extremely disappointed in them.

      Cons

      A unique company with differing opinions on how things should be run. Owner berates subordinates publicly with foul language. This company is run like a mom and pop store instead of a multi-million dollar corporation.

      Pros

      Fun co-workers, nice break room.

      Cons

      Forced to use several weeks of PTO due to “company shut downs”. Too many steps and too hard to get parts ordered that are NEEDED for production. Very little support from higher ups. No room for growth. Company pays at the lower end. Better off somewhere else!
