the legal requirement in Portugal to have 12 monthly payments plus 2 additional payments for July and December for vacations - it's an old law that is, fundamentally in this age, flawed. People should be responsible enough to budget for time off. (Not anything negative about the company process for this, it's purely a government beaurocracy!)
