During my interview I was told that they have 9 working hours which was agreeable for me. On the day I joined that they include 1 additional hour for lunch. I spent my months there in that slaveship working 10 hours a day. I felt cheated and bullied. But then I found it less surprising because the foundation of the company is built on basic human vices such as lie, fraud and forgery.
They don't respect their employees and their hardwork. I have seen one of their best and oldest developers leave the place because of some dirty politics and schemes.
Apart from this, their hygiene gave me nightmares. Found mosquitoes and ants in the coffee several times. When I complained the peons made fun of me. No actions were taken. You still find ants and dirt in the coffee.
Some of the HRs are just too naive and arrogant. This reflects in the way the company functions.
The fact that stupid (incompetent and idiotic) people have managed to make their way to the higher management says alot about the basic human understanding the company has.
The elevator doesn't work. Some of my colleagues were stuck for hours. But still they havent fixed it. Very miser.
They mix water in the soap to make them last longer.
Most of the people there have lost faith in their work and are depressed due to extreme scrutiny in their work. All their activities apart from work are questioned which makes it quite suffocating.
So, If you are looking to excel in your interest field then please go somewhere else. If you don't have any other place to go then stay home or spend your days on a park bench but don't join this company. It's a scam.
PS: you'll see some good reviews after this but I assure you its plain lies. Its written by their own HRs.
