Pros
Casual environment Flexible work hours Less traffic to travel to work with Lot of growth if you are good at politics and licking up managers , else you dont even exist for the company
Cons
1. Politics nd licking based , not performance 2. Your suggestions or complaints are seen as revolt , so be ready to pay for it 3. You are supposed to learn everything on your , still if u do good the managers take the goodies and if you do bad , god bless you. 4. Only quantity matters to them not even a dime of quality 5. Never seen a satisfied client in over 3 years now. 6. Tracking forces you to work 9 hours out of 10 working hours a day , so you are not left with any personal time . 7. There is no scope or time for thinking or planning or just relaxing, if u r not on your keyboard accordingly to company you are not working. 8. Cramped seating arrangement, they now change you seat like in school because u talk a bit with your team, so basically when u talk or get new project be ready to jump to new bench 9. Peanut for pay , but i guess HR would agree that peanuts are standard for the industry itself , so yes they do pay you accordingly to industry standards which have now dropped to peanut flakes . 10. Managers do not understand current technical scenario but dare you explain anything to them. 11. These are just the top 10 cons , list if far more longer .
