Pros

Salary is on a time. Helping to get PPS , CSR , Manual Handling , helping with accomodation and transport to work.

Cons

There is no downsides for me. The only problem Was to find another accomodation. After wr lost hotel by one person who didnt pay. And they couldnt help next time with finding anything

- Sometimes the job is calm - If you work less than 5 hours in the shift, you get paid for 5 hours

Cons

- Inestable - Not a lot of jobs - Minimum salary - Zero planning, it's impossible to know when you are going to work
