Management - Manager OTG Management Employee Review

Salary a overlooked.. . Ask for pay raise,but it only happen when annual reviews came,it took year to receive $20 pay increase. Not salary,. Oh Ko I literally saw increase of $20 for y/e whole year. Working long hours into delayed flights at LGA, only looking at pay check to realize over the years, didn't get paid for 50 plus hours a week, only saw 40 hours of pay .
