Pros
All transactions are 100% done on iPads. Ordering and payment, all you have to do is make the drinks and run them to the tables. Super easy.
Cons
Not big on the whole seniority scheduling as seniority isn’t synonymous with experience. New employees with years of experience are given shifts at slower, less busy restaurants while employees who’ve been with the company longer (but may not be as skilled) get the top shift picks at all times. Can be discouraging for new servers/bartenders
