Pros
It was professionally broadening to work alongside managers from casual, QSR, retail, and fine dining. We became a team almost despite senior management's capriciousness.
Cons
The turnover at both JFK and LGA was horrific, because managers would be terminated in a heartbeat. If you incurred the ire of the CEO, his son, or the COO for any reason, your head would be on a plate the following day. I have never seen so many people work themselves to the bone out of fear for their jobs.
