Pros
Always learning. Never a boring moment. those who work close to you are very nice and supportive. lots of advancement opportunities. If you're branch is doing good you will be rewarded quite a bit.
Cons
The higher up you go in terms of upper management, the worst it gets. harsh environment. High turnover rate due to unhappy employees. Lots of cuts if you don't make budget.
