Excellent Employee Scholar Program. Opportunities to move around the country and the world. Linked to all of the other United Technologies Corporations - so fair amount of opportunity to move into other industries if desired. Great benefits. Relative stability.
Cons
Lack of concern for employees. Growth of business stressed without concern for additional burdens on employees or fair consideration of the economic market. Lack of proactive career development of employees by the management. Very large corporation. It is sometimes hard to get routine technological tools needed to meet customers demands and do business in the current market.
