      Cons

      Poor management, horrible culture, some of the managers dont have basic mannerisms, a laid back company, restructuring is very much needed. Employee benefits are pathetic, two days work from home in a month.

      The salary/ benefits and the potential for a work life balance.

      The constant changes within the company. New initiatives without proper follow up on the existing ones. Feels like anything you do is not good enough
