Good Starter Company, Thats It. - Sales Manager OTIS Employee Review

-The company changes commission structure every other quarter and is impossible to track for reps (on purpose) -The companies strategy is to sell everything and do no maintenance, which leads to some horrible conversations with customers when you are not honoring your contracts. -There's little to no room for growth vertically in the company for YEARS with regional manager positions being eliminated. -Company targets cheaper labor from colleges and runs them hard for 2 years, most either move on after 2 years or get forced out.
