Buyer Beaware - Senior Project Director OTIS Employee Review

This used to be a people's company. Unfortunately, they had a change of heart nearly 10 years ago and adopted a hire-and-fire policy, gradually, expertise became worthless. This culminated with hiring an outsider who knows nothing of the business as the head of the global entity, Nowadays, you might have to go seven or eight levels from the top to find an elevator person. The only care is the bottom line, and the customer comes last to none but the employee. I kissed them goodbye and voluntarily left, even though the pay was quite good, and I believe it was my win, because I could not become part of this heartless entity.
