      - Decent benefits - Many field staff are elevator industry experts with years of experience - Good potential to make money on big accounts

      Cons

      - Unorganized management - Commissions take forever to pay out. You will find yourself collecting commissions from past sales reps and leaving commissions to the next ones. Strange policy.
