Incredibly diloed organizational structure that discourages cross-functional collaboration and innovation. Systems don’t talk to each other, making basic analytics and automation unnecessarily difficult. Employee feedback isn’t considered, and most people are treated as headcount unless they’re part of an internal favorites list.
