Pros
Well financed. Well respected on the OEM side of the business. Very good OEM products. Very high profit margins in comparison to the rest of the industry.
Cons
Aftermarket pricing is not competitive. Less than 10% of their overall product offering is actually resold in the aftermarket. Their computer reports where not useful for business development. People talked everybody behind their backs, including the owner and his kids.
