1. No innovation is happening in the company, i.e., R&D focused on process improvement, which doesn't help, and no new products have hit the market in over three years.
2. Career development is non-existent. All hiring for management positions comes from a larger sister company, a typical consequence of having been acquired by a large conglomerate.
3. Activity on the production line has slowed to a snail's pace. I fear production will be closed in our current NOVA location and moved to a cheaper labor market, like Colorado, where our larger sister company is established.
4. Way too much turnover, especially at the top management level. Every year multiple vice presidents and directors leave for another company.
5. When it was time to receive the bonus last year, the company created a new coefficient to calculate the bonus. Even though I completed all our goals, we only received 70% of the bonus.
