Pros

Flexibility in scheduling, great cafeteria, lots of cool people to work with. Work can get hectic at times, but the overall flow of patients isn't overwhelming like other hospitals.

Cons

The biggest issue I see throughout all departments is Management. Incompetence and lack of empathy are what most employees complain about. The turnover is outrageous, which makes it hard for seasoned employees. Training is a joke. Meditech is tedious and glitchy. It takes about 30 minutes from the time you park your car to the time you reach your work station.(downtown only).

Degree Requirements and Career Advancement: Many employees express concern that strict degree requirements, especially for IT roles, hinder career progression and demoralize experienced staff without degrees. There is a strong preference for recognizing equivalent experience or certifications in lieu of formal degrees to promote internal mobility and retain talent.
