-Bosses hire individuals who have zero history in the field or experience at higher payrate (i.e. food clerk at a higher pay then coder)
-When issues are brought up, they go into a black hole and then the higher ups pretend it never happened.
-If you ask for a higher rate, they will throw 10x more work at you for $0.10 increase
-If you ask for time off, even for surgery or pregnancy, they question everything about it
