Since we became a not-for-profit health care organization, we have been working on ensuring competitive compensation with the Oklahoma City market and making adjustments where necessary. Our primary focus is to ensure that our employees are compensated equitably and appropriate to market, and we are continuing to find new ways to increase employee satisfaction, such as the recent upgrade and addition of new benefits for 2019.       Degree Requirements and Career Advancement: Many employees express concern that strict degree requirements, especially for IT roles, hinder career progression and demoralize experienced staff without degrees. There is a strong preference for recognizing equivalent experience or certifications in lieu of formal degrees to promote internal mobility and retain talent.
