Since our establishment as a not-for-profit hospital system last year, much has happened: we began construction on our new patient tower, which is ongoing and is expected to be completed in 2020; our compensation and benefits have improved, and we’re preparing to implement a new enterprise resource planning system and evaluating new electronic medical record systems.
