Regarding wages, each person’s compensation is carefully calculated on an individual basis with regards to years of experience in similar job responsibilities, internal equity and market data respective to each profession. We recently completed multiple market analyses which allows us to better align our pay structure and merit increases with national and state standards for all professions, including nursing.
