      Pros

      We have something for everyone here at OU Medicine! Oklahoma's only level I Trauma Center and the only level IV Neonatal ICU; elite PICU and Pediatric CVICU. From the Women's and Newborn Center to geriatrics, hematology/oncology, etc. We've got it all and we've got something that would be a perfect fit for you!

      Cons

      We are growing and expanding at such a fast pace, it is difficult to keep up with parking needs of patients, families and staff. To ensure appropriate parking for our patients and visitors, day shift staff park offsite and are shuttled to work.

There is a strong preference for recognizing equivalent experience or certifications in lieu of formal degrees to promote internal mobility and retain talent.
