Cons
Benefits are with Sodexo, NOT OUHealth. You are a part of a contract extension of Sodexo; meaning Sodexo gets a chunk of money to get the job done, except admin gets their yearly bonus if all runs smoothly with less people. No pay incentives and limited raises. Lack of diversity on staff for the diverse population of patients that are being assessed. No negotiable bonus or raise for having skills (CNSC, bilingual, or working with specific conditions or on specific floors).
