Pros
When I got here they received me really well and train me (but I've heard not all the people receive training) and sent me to Mexico for I'm from Venezuela. I've learned a lot since then from the Oil industry and making software developing for it. The people are very encouraging and helpful and you can ask almost everyone else if you need technical help.
Cons
There are always a but and for this company is a BIG BUT. Since the third year working here I've felt like stuck doing the same consulting for a couple of companies and every day is a bit more difficult to find it interesting and challenging except for the constant pressure, that's why I feel like climbing up Mount Everest in the way it gets less interesting and you have more pressure by your managers, and you must have to be seen by your managers, otherwise you will eventually fall into the rabbit hole, trust me in this. There is always a sense of high pressure because of the impossible project deadlines set by the managers, and until now (because of the oil crisis too) my salary has been going down! And worse of all they don't measure really well people performance.
