This is a company that has no integrity. It does not care about its employees. Its employees can be devoted, reliable, without blemish, and they will not hesitate to replace the employee with an old friend or relative. Their supervisors and managers have one goal: to create their own bonuses. This can be at the expense of one or many employees, it doesn't matter. Do not go to work here thinking you are going to move up the corporate ladder unless you are prepared to backstab your same- level coworkers. Everyone worries from month to month if they are going to keep their job or if their salary is going to end up as someone else's bonus.
