Pros

Remote, good pay and benefits, team was always open and willing to help

Cons

Some managers are very micromanaging, removal of QA team required me to work overtime every other week. I’ve been humiliated in meetings before by a manager, and made to do things I have never been trained to do. It takes others standing up for me to get them off my back.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
