Pros

Oak Street Health and it's HR team are REALLY good at writing fake glass door reviews. In fact, most of the ones that are positive come from them. Keep up the great work on those fake reviews, guys!

Cons

With Boston Consulting Group or Friends with the CMO? JOBS A PLENTY!!! Seriously BCG peeps. Sign on up. You'll get a management position that lets you do whatever you want, even if you have no qualifications to manage anyone! Which you don't. Because you were a consultant. CEO? Uhm. Yeah. Zero leadership skills and the personality of an Oak Tree (probably how the company got its name.) COO? Don't bother. He's drunk on Kool-aid pretending the place is break even and tries to pressure you into cult like mentality. RVP's? I mean. I guess working from home and doing nothing productive is a rough life. Until their bonuses are affected. Then it's "WHY AREN'T YOU PERFORMING AT A SATISFACTORY LEVEL! THIS IS IMPORTANT TO HEALTH CARE." Honestly., the place is a joke. They're unethical. They put patients on MA plans that they don't need and shouldn't be on. They hire poorly in management which hires poorly below them. Just an absolute clown show from top to middle. You want a quality job at a place that makes a difference? Keep on looking. This place isn't for you.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
