Pros

The mission in itself is nobel Depending on your manager there was flexibility and a great team environment

Cons

It's clear as day that many "positive" reviews on here are fake. The least they can do is make it look less obvious. Back to back 5 star reviews whenever there's a negative one. Outreach teams are forced to go to food pantries, senior homes and faith based organizations with the sole purpose of obtaining elderly folks information and possibly their Medicare info all to get them an appointment. The least they can do is actually volunteer and give back to these organizations or people. There is great pressure to get these older adults to make appointments especially around Medicare open enrollment (Oct-Dec). Some people DO GENUINELY care about the mission but others see these kind elders as numbers. There was a point where ethics were questionable

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
