Pros
The only pros are that you make a lot of really great friends with such a close knit staff.
Cons
Management has little to no experience, don't know how to lead teams, are never transparent, block people from moving up in the company unless you are their friends, have never been more disrespected and put down in a position in my life, management calls you out in front of other team members, don't listen to your ideas or frustrations, cannot take constructive criticism and do not listen to you. Also, in Indiana there is a lot of favoritism with certain employees who started together in Indianapolis. Because the home office is in Chicago, there is a huge disconnect between the corporate staff and the clinics in Indiana and probably the same for Detroit. A team is only as great as it's leadership. When there is no leadership, there is no team.
