Pros
Average to below average pay (per market standard using payscale) Work From Home occasionally
Cons
-Expected to work over 40 hours a week with no OT offered -This is by far the worst thing about this company. Projects that should take months are expected to be done in weeks. -They abuse the employees that are capable and competent while leaving the poor performers in a corner doing nothing getting paid the same amount. -There are two employees in a department that I have worked with quite a bit and one is severely overworked while the other is working on papers for school or browsing news sites instead of working. I've seen this a few times... They are the same role... It's incredibly frustrating because I have to wait longer for tasks to be done, when anywhere else both of those employees should be capable. -Growth opportunities aren't based on performance, but on favoritism. But this is probably everywhere. Corporate politics is at its extreme here. -Work load is not divided equally. Like I stated before, when working with other departments, one in particular is the worst with it. There are only 2 employees in that department that are capable of accomplishing anything and everyone goes to those two employees, while the others are being useless doing god knows what. People actively avoid everyone else in that department because of the incompetency of them.
