Pros

Bonus, slightly higher paying than average physician salary in chicago, but the extra $10K is not worth it.

Cons

No growth professionally. Staff is disrespectful, does not adhere to professionalism. No boundaries. Management is out of touch with what's going on in their clinics. It felt like we were on our own much of the time, and had to address problems including referrals, etc on our own. Big problem with burnout. Too focused on just growing, no solid infrastructure of good clinic workflow.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
