Pros

My boss was good but wasn't really able to handle my complaints and help me out. Work hours are good but benefits and pay are not very good.

Cons

Many people that work there are still on the high school mentality. Will make you feel terrible for not knowing something and people talk behind your back and ridicule you. Terrible work culture. No one truly wants to help you but is out mainly for themselves. Management is not leading very well at all. Avoid this place!

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
