Pros

New company looking to expand health care. Employees were very friendly and positive. Fairly easy to move up in the company. Training was straight forward. If you're looking for an entry level position, consider this. Straight to the point on their goals.

Cons

New company just getting their feet wet. Compensation wasn't the greatest - negotiation is difficult. As the company grows, maybe this will change.

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
