Pros

Good for place if you have no work experience, young employees, if you become friends/network with the right people may be able to move up within the company, knowledgeable people in the corporate office, good concept in terms of providing good healthcare.

Cons

Disorganized, disconnect between corporate office and actual medical centers, if you're not a key player in bringing in patients you don't matter, a lot of favoritism because a lot of the employees are related, terrible managers onsite -e.g. don't understand roles of their employees, not very involved, etc.-, terrible conflict management - I personally reported various hr issues involving intimidation and bullying in the work place and it was never handled.-

Pros

Fairly good benefits given that the companies run by CVS, Nice, clean place to work with people who generally care about elderly and disabled individuals. $3000 tuition reimbursement per year.

Cons

Pay is very low for some positions, including mine. Juneteenth not recognized as a federal holiday. Hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, sometimes earlier and sometimes later, depending on when patients finish. Patients can be difficult to contact and deal with.
